Yes, they are. You never know, who steals your purse with cash when you go out and you have to be careful all the time checking your purse. Well, digital payments are made secure with the password, OTP generation etc. Which are completely under our control and no fear of losing them.

Yes, it's one of the changes that will ease as well as secure our lifestyle in this modern world. With digital payment, we won't face pickpocketing, change problem, money shortage (as we can instantly transfer money from bank), overused notes etc. It also has records of all your transactions and is quick. Applications like mobikwik and paytm are presently most viral app used by Indian and day to day number of users are also increasing. It proves that digital payments are liked by most of us and thus successful and secure enough to go cashless.

Yes, digitalisation is good. People can do digitalisation by sitting in homes with the help of smartphones but a country like India there are some poor people which cannot afford these smartphones. As there are some people who don't know how to use smartphones also so it depends.

I think not. More than because sometimes it creates a problem. So. My Suggestion is that security should be increased on the digital payment but my opinion is if we do more security. Then it is very Well for All of us.

Hai everyone.

Yes, digital payment secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless because of security and riskless job.

As of advantage, there are many disadvantages also. Because 50-60% of people in India don't how to use a smartphone, Moreover these people don't trust on digital payment.

Finally,

This type of ideology and mindset will change when people got educated.

Up to that digital payment to go cashless will remain as a question mark.

Hi everyone,

Digital payments are advantageous for us due to saving our time, but they are disadvantageous due to cyber crimes which are taking place nowadays. Govt of India should pay more attention towards the cyber crimes and the frauds taking place day by day.

In My point of view, the digital payments are secure because we all use ATM and when to use ATM machine we are put the pin code and this code are only know me and my nearest family, and to use online payment then your mobile get an OTP on time password and this password is used in only 30to 60 seconds otherwise this not apply. Above small things of digital payments are secure but cybercrime is most danger in cashless payment but the government of India is think and work to prevent and remove this cybercrime and then to use cashless payments.

Only payments made through a recoganized platform can be termed as secure but the risk of theft or any other cyber crime still remains in the mind of a customer. Cashless economy is only possible if all the people belonging to the rural society are able to use it, the amount of illiteracy and poverty in India makes me think if every single individual in our country will ever be able to do cashless payments or not.
