Yes, but not now because there are lot of corrupted people in our politics and in our society. People in rural areas mostly are illiterate and they don't know how to use digital payments. If government concentrate on this problem, it will be very helpful in developing our country and one more thing, digital payments are not secure because of these corrupted people, they can easily hack the servers. If government provides enough security for this, we can make India as digital India.

I agree with all but I have added some points.
It's good that we 1 step ahead towards digital payment. Which is very useful in this century as we are developing. But I found that so many people don't know about digital payment due to literacy. Specially in rural area. So we have to create awareness regarding digital payments in local language. So no one will cheat them. Also, we look into digital security as its safe in India so we have taken strict action cyber crime & theft.

In my opinion, digital payments are not completely secure enough for going completely cashless but it's a very innovative idea and can be made completely secured by providing some efforts like adopting rescue measures against cybercrime using advanced technology & awaring illiterate people by providing some easy techniques. As it's a very time-saving approach, saves from physical robbery & provides many more benefits so I think in few years it can be made completely secure.

Hello, friends.
Digital payments are not secure enough for Indian economy to go cashless because in India number of illiterate population is more than literate population, so many of the people are not aware of the technologies, so they even don't know how to pay online, and for that we need to aware them regarding online payment system, the banks would likely to give education to them, as there banking business will also be enhanced and it makes Indian economy developed as well.

Hello everyone.
My opinion is that digital transactions are secure enough but these can't make India as a digital economy. As we all know the high population of India only minority people are doing these type of transactions. And the people having basic knowledge regarding these online payments are only quite a small number. When majority of people having the basic knowledge regarding online transactions and digital payments only, it is only possible to have the cashless economy.

Yes, as per my opinion, India is ready to go cashless. Because it is not a difficult task to make digital payment. So this thing can be learned by rural people.
Moreover, it is not always necessary to make payment through Internet, it can be also done by swipe machine. And today most of the big shops and small shops have these machines.
Earlier, the uneducated peoples had not known the use of ATM machine, but now they know. In the same way, they will learn to do digital payment.

Hello! I think it is safe to go cashless because you can't travel larger amount of money one place to another so via digital payment or any application you can go there without taking any money & without any fear also. But the major disadvantage is in India many people doesn't know how to use this digital payment application so they can't use it. For this India should take some step on this issue after solving this all issue then they should go for digital payment (cashless).

According to me to become cashless is very good idea but it can't be applicable whole over the India because we all know that there are many people who are still not educate as well as there are huge part of the population who didn't knowledge about who to use the ATMs or do the online transaction.
The conclusion is that if the government want this they must ensure that each & every person of our country well known about those advantages which is more over the disadvantages.

Yes, I do agree that Cashless mode of payment is easy, mostly safe, makes work simple and better. We know all of our younger generations have mobiles with them. We have many apps that make us learn how to make use of cashless transactions. Use of cashless transactions makes India go digital. As our present prime minister Narendra Modi said it is their mission to make India go digital and they have achieved 40 to 50%.
I think this was one of the good moves which they have taken.

Hi friends,
In my opinion nothing is secured fully.digital payments are useful and comfortable in many situation.but we cannot depend it or trust it fully.so it is better to use digital payments partially.
in small scale industries digital payments are not practical at all. in such case we must depend upon the cash payments.cash payments are not secured.
simply both of them have advantage as well as disadvantages. so it is better to us digital payments and cash payments partially
