Yes, they are secure enough and even more security is provided to it using the OTP concept that until we don't put the OPT the transaction is not completed so even if a hacker tries to do it that won't be possible without the OTP. Coming to the rural areas they need education for it and government should lauch such programs to spread awarness about the digital payments or sessions should be conducted on it and training should be given to performing the digital payments.

Hi friends.
In my opinion, this is the current relavance topic. I would like to say now India is ready for 100 % cashless transition. But the problem arise here is all digital process is enough secure. There is no doubt that is time consuming, fast process but some people specially uneducated don't have knowledge about that so first upon we need to try create general awareness in people through arranging special workshop & training.
Even that we can't do 100% cashless because in the Eastern state have problem of network. And many time bank server problem also. Government should give guarantee of security because nowaday's cyber crime is one of the biggest challenge of the digitalization.

Hello, my name is Sandeep,
From my point of view, digital payments are good and bad for some reasons, so I am explaining that in such way as the advantages of digital payments are:
1. We don't have to go to banks and stand in line for hours to get our money or to do any transaction etc. we can save time and send anyone money any time.
2. By using digital payments we don't care about pick pocketers as they don't have any chance of pickpocketing digital money.
3. Transfer money within seconds who use digital transactions.
4. We have proof of transaction.
5. We can do transactions without meeting face to face.
And so disadvantages are:
1. Online fraud is increasing day by day so losing money digitally doesn't have a chance to recover it.
2. UPI apps deducting money which is not done in cash transactions.
3. It's very difficult to adopt by illiterate people as they don't know what is this digital transaction.
4. When the server is busy we cannot do the transaction digitally.
5. If we lose the mobile then it's difficult to recover even the mobile so no chance of doing the transaction digitally in this case.
So, the topic concludes that if the government want to do cashless India then they should focus on illiterate people as well because the ratio of illiterate people is 60%.
So, if the government want to adopt digital transactions then they must educate illiterate people through sessions so that they cannot lose their money by using digital transactions.

Hi guys, I support this. The government has made a right decision of demonetisation which could reduce corruption, provided everyone including people from rural areas be given awareness about digital transactions and providing smartphones and internet connectivity wherever necessary. Though India would be cashless, digital payments could make our lives easier and once every Indian gets to know about digital transactions, that's a giant leap forward to Indian development.

Hello, everyone.
Today topic is Cashless economic. It's a great step for stop corruption. I am happy because after the cashless economic corruption ratio will be decreased. But the problem is 'illiterate'. According to 2001-2011 survey. India's literacy rate is at 74.04%. The ratio is really good, but it's a not reality. So many people don't have knowledge about all thing, and they don't believe in digital mode. That's why it's very tough for the government. First, if the government want to cashless economic, then the government should provide a proper training.
2. The government should improve the education quality.

In my point of view, the cashless economy is good for any country. But in India, there are many problems like 70 percent people live in a rural area there is not internet facility most people have not having a smart phone. They are illiterate. and they purchase things less 50rupess. So this is difficult for small business man and they are not aware of cashless economy. So if government Want to increase cashless economy so first, they will have to improve these things like education, internet etc in the rural area.

It is good to go with cashless because it mitigates the chances of corruption also lower the certainty of taking the huge amount of money with oneself. People need not take care of their money (hard cash).
Apart from these, there is also some negative things such as the transaction is not secure. Few days earlier we listened hacking of accounts in which bunch of money is withdrawn or theft. Thus online transaction is having security problem ie security from hackers.

I didn't support for digital payment system or to go for cashless in our country because of below reason.
1) AS it is a new move in our country from previously people are accustomed with paper-based payment system they didn't have trust because they feel this move is not secure enough keeping point in the mind of cyber crime.
2) People from rural area due to lack of awareness of cashless transaction they feel insecure of using it they didn't feel safe or you can say it happen due to lack of education.
Conclusion: For populating digital payment system in our country first people must be educated enough to know about its pros and cons. Secondly country has to build more secure gateway so that cyber crime cannot take place this will also be beneficial step for contributing fast as digital payment system in our country.

Friends, in my view, though India has suffered from a long time due to British rule, that has made it poor and illiterate that time and a servant by mentality! We must understand this thing. Why are we stagnating by our old thought process? Friends, it is now the actual time to bring revolution in our country for betterment. Change your mentality. And it is we, who will bring this change. In old Era we people's did not know what is Internet but now they are using it. Example, my grandparents or our grandparents, so why not can they learn a cashless transaction. It is so easy and it has been found that people's are wanting to get educated but they are not getting the correct opportunity. So if awareness is spread by our government or if we ourself promote the digital cash payment system in our nearby villages and locality then this change is not that much like a reverie.
Thanks.
Thanks.
