In My point of view, the digital payments are secure because we all use ATM and when to use ATM machine we are put the pin code and this code are only know me and my nearest family, and to use online payment then your mobile get an OTP on time password and this password is used in only 30to 60 seconds otherwise this not apply. Above small things of digital payments are secure but cybercrime is most danger in cashless payment but the government of India is think and work to prevent and remove this cybercrime and then to use cashless payments.

Well, I appreciate all of your views.

According to my view, India is still developing country. We can't say online payment is 100% is good.

But online payment is good. We can pay our bill by online, which consuming less time. And it also saves the cost of printing currency and cost of installing ATMs and their management.

But, when the government wants to release a new application they have to conduct some awareness program to teach about that particular for rural area people.

Change is necessary for anything from day by day.

Thank you.

Digital payments are not safe at all. There are various concerned about it.

1. As we know that one has to know about the digital methods to make the digital transactions which is not convenient to everyone, due to lack of knowledge and fear to lose money.

2. As on digital platform, there is a lot of danger of hackers. Which can make the payment safety critical.

3. The problem of networks in rural areas cause server problem, and the transaction can be held for a lot of time.

Hence overall if concluded in my opinion then they are not safe.

Yes I agree, digital payments are secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless. But firstly, we need to make people aware about the latest technology, still many people don't know how to use the smartphones, so I think before implementing any drastic changes in the way of making payments, making people aware should be the first priority. Also, India is still a developing country, so for the development purpose, we need to make the human resource of the country literate and then going cashless thing should be taken into consideration.

In my opinion, digital payments are not 100% secure for the Indian economy to go cashless India being a developing country but still, there is a lack of technology. Moreover, there are so many hackers who hacked credit card details of an individual and there is a need of education in our country because uneducated people don't know the process of digital payments. As govt of India introduced UPI and BHIM digital platforms for security purpose but due to lack of awareness in our country digital payments are not secure enough to go cashless.

No, I don't think so because our payment gateway s are not that much secure we can take example of Paytm we have seen in news that people s Paytm money is going off the companies itself are frauds there is no need of hackers to take your money away.

And sometimes it happens you paid online but you have not got the benefit you have paid for so the gateway's are not trustworthy also.

So before making public educated about digital payment thing we need to make secure, antitheft gateway's as well companies has to win the trust of the people.

Yes, I agree to the statement. Well according to me everything has two faces, If on one hand digital transaction is the best method to pay transactions then on the other side the country should be developed enough to implement the idea completely.

But the current scenario depicts that we first need to pay some attention towards the development of the country by increasing the literacy rates, providing the basic knowledge to the backwards people and then thinking about implementing the schemes such as digital transaction or e-transaction.

According to me, for Indian economy it will work to some extent i.e. in case of corruption. The percentage of corruption will come down to certain extent, but by seeing today's condition the corruption is still going on, it will mostly hamper to middle class and lower class people in large numbers, the reason being digital payments are not so secure, the reason being that many hackers are active now-a-days.

And a person with less knowledge, or new to this is unable to handle the situations in case he is been one of the victim of hacking.

I am in favour of Indian economy going caseless. As there is always two sides of a coin, similarly for digital payments also. If we consider its benefits, digital payments have made our life so easy. Inspite of being at home we can do a number of things like paying our electricity bill, telephone bill, d2h bill etc. With the help of the paytm everything is so easy, you can pay anywhere at any time. I know most of the people of our country are illiterate but these things are really not that difficult and are secured enough just like paytm.

If I would say "Yes" so there will be no exaggeration. Because there are lot's of benefit to get the economy cashless as per below.

1. People will start to use the plastic money which is safer than cash.
2. All the money keep safe in Banks for which we can get the interest.
3. If the money will be kept in the banks then black money will stop to spreading only in few hands.
4. The Government will have enough money to use in the country through which, enough development will happen in India.

So these are the benefits of cashless economy.
