Advertisements Cheat People, Hence Should Be Banned

From me advertisements are give us good knowledge but some advertisement not be perfect for us because they hide some information and describe cheap languages and show be wrong pictures also I think government to need ban this advertisement.

I would like to share few points about "Are advertisements should be retained or not?".

In my point of view, the advertisement is good for us, because it give us basic information on the product. It is the medium between customers and sellers. It does not force the customers to buy the product, these depends on the customer's mentality they agree or not. Sometimes it works as a platform of mass awareness and advertisements are very much useful in mass communication. Few times they provide us wrong information, but it is not a solution to banned the Advertisement.

Finally, I conclude that advertisements should be retained but should canvas its object in a truthful manner.

I think advertisements are really helpful for promoting any plans, schemes, and awareness (as Modi Government is doing), since, in villages, television is the only medium through which we can communicate to a mass folk. No issues of banning such ads.

But at the same time as every thing has its pros and cons,

Guys, if you have ever seen, that many ads based on cosmetics, deodorants, daily products show a lot of things exaggeratedly and they also display their demerits/side effects (ex:- ad showing someone smoking/drinking) in a very very small font at the bottom of the television screen, and we people can't able to read them, and hence we remain unaware of that.

So I would suggest that if they truly display the pros n cons of the product in ads, advertisements will really prove to be beneficial and should not be banned.

Advertisements cheat people only to some extent, and even people should be aware of fake advertisements, it's definitely a medium where the information about the particular product can be conveyed. And moreover if we ban advertisements there will be an increase in unemployment rate as everyone of us know that people are doing a separate course it is also a way of earning hence it shouldn't not be banned as there will be increase in unemployment rate even add agencies contribute to economic GDP so there will be fall in economic GDP as well, but some changes with regard to advertisement can be made.

Advertisement also needs certificate before its release. It should not tempt the people by untruth value of that product. And their sentence must be clearly stated that offers & other messages. Any condition must be disclosed on ads. (Ex: exchange your old gold without lose of even single milligram) This is false statement. It must convey clear statement without temptation. (another ex: you will get fairness in 7 weeks) We won't get it even after 70 weeks. This kind of temptation ads & false ads must be banned.

Genuine advertisement we need for awareness & product sale.

Advertisements does not cheat people. Within short span of time it reach the people's mind over world. Many products have been developed and reaches people easily. Social awareness advertisements for exmple HIV, AGARAM FOUNDATION, SHIKSHA which is very useful to children and people. Without advertisement we cannot imagine the world. Microsoft is partner of facebook for sharing advertisements.

The word advertisement. Simply everyone thinks it is way to enhance better character of something else to public so in order to have its publicity and profit in goods and materials that deals with advertisement. Meanwhile, advertisement should not based on profitable. Therefore, advertise are nowadays are based on profit and moreover if in case advertisement are release to public it should define usage as well as defects after use it so that people can comfortably use with its caution using.

At the end of the day quality of your product matters if it is good and price is less, no need of advertisement. Instead of investing in ads these guys should invest in product.

Advertisements are very important, because the customers should know how the product would be and what is the use of it, everything can be known by the advertisements. The companies may be present far away from the people then how the people can go and get the details ? from the advertisements right. So advertisements are important.

Advertisement laws should be tighter. Some advertisements trick people illegally in buying their goods, like on television, small print and actual prices are sometimes shown too fast, and we cannot read them. Sometimes, small print says "refer to www.--.com for terms and conditions. " and most of the disclaimers are there. It rather cheats people into thinking. Do you know, sometimes there is this ad ask or search. snapdo that "you are the 100, 000 visitor!" or "This is not a joke! you are our hundredth visitor! click this. " The way to know whether this is a scam is to open the same website three four or five times, if this ad appears again, it's a scam.
