The answer given here is wrong there are 6 main organs of UNO.
* UN General Assembly.
* UN Security Council.
* UN Economic and Social Council.
* UN Secretariat.
* International Court of Justice.
* The Trusteeship council.
Though the Trusteeship council has completed its purpose so doesn't function anymore but it is still considered as an Organ of UNO.
