Yes it is true Dr. singh lead india in world conference on human right. but at the same time i would like to say that in 1968 similar conference was held at Teheran's iran to mark mark the twentieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Right, NAMED INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON HUMAN RIGHT SO DON'T CONFUSE.

The World Conference on Human Rights was held by the United Nations in Vienna, Austria, on 14 to 25 June 1993. IT was first after cold war. The main result of the conference was the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action.
