UNO STANDS FOR UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION. The United Nations Organisation is an international organisation founded in 1945 after the Second World War by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.

ILO is not an organ. It is of the agency of UNO.

Security, Court of justice & General assembly is much important/influenced matters/organs in every organizations. And these are much more related to UNO other than ILO.

So ILO is the odd one.
