UNO STANDS FOR UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION. The United Nations Organisation is an international organisation founded in 1945 after the Second World War by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.

The current Secretary-General is Ban Ki-moon of South Korea, who took office on 1 January 2007. His first term expired on 31 December 2011. He was re-elected, unopposed, to a second term on 21 June 2011.

Security, Court of justice & General assembly is much important/influenced matters/organs in every organizations. And these are much more related to UNO other than ILO.
So ILO is the odd one.

The ICJ has its headquarter in Hauge, Netherland.
It has 15 judges elected in by the general assembly in conjunction with the security council. They serve for a term of 9 years.

The other three in the options were having a right to make the decision but ILO is the welfare organ of UN which was formed later.
