The north is ok but the east will be changing at every moment because earth is spinning about its axis.

|Earth is divided into two hemispheres northern and southern by equator. And eastern and western by primary meridian. If you observe a map you will see north eastern zone.
It includes East Russia, Mongolia, North China, North Pacific ocean and America upto Greenwich line. You have to move 4 m west to east starting 4 m. Meridian in northern hemisphere.
