North eastern zone?

The north is ok but the east will be changing at every moment because earth is spinning about its axis.

Earth is divided into two hemispheres northern and southern by equator. And eastern and western by primary meridian. If you observe a map you will see north eastern zone.

It includes East Russia, Mongolia, North China, North Pacific ocean and America upto Greenwich line. You have to move 4 m west to east starting 4 m. Meridian in northern hemisphere.
