Ocean floor is the right answer as the ocean floor is made from basaltic rocks which are highly contain in so called SIMA, and the mantle is made from "Olivine" not from SIMA, for more information check out the G. C. Leong.

Ocean floor is right answer because sima is in the low density layer and the low density layer is the ocean floors.
