Electromotive force is tends or intends to flow of current to electric field in electric circuit &.
Voltage is directly proportional to current therefore emf nothing but voltage. And also the S.I unit is volts (both of).

The rate at which energy is drawn from a source that produces a flow of electricity in a circuit it is expressed in volts. The another meaning for electromotive force is voltage.
