A siphon is a tube or conduit bent into legs of unequal length, for use in drawing a liquid from one container into another on a lower level by placing the shorter leg into the container above and the longer leg into the one below, the liquid being forced up the shorter leg and into the longer one by the pressure of the atmosphere.

In the question, if in the two containers there is the same amount of liquid, then the liquid will not be able to flow into either container as there is an equilibrium as in heat.
If there is an equilibrium of temperatures in both objects, heat will not flow same happens here. I think it is correct.

A siphon is a tube which has two unequal limbs used to draw liquid of different heights in the vessels involved mainly two provided that the density and temperature of the liquid in the two vessels are the same.

I guess that siphon fails to work if the level of the two containers are at same level. Because, when both the containers are at same level the liquid in both containers stop sending the liquid from each other.

Siphon action is mainly due to atmospheric pressure in a reservoir through inverted U tube(liquid upfill). So when both the reservoirs at the same liquid length siphon action fails due to equal atm pressure.

Siphon is a mechanism, which is based on the pressure difference between a horizontal pipe connected to two vertical pipe. The smaller pipe is dumped in the liquid and other end is opened to the reservoir.

Siphon is a long bent pipe carry water from one reservoir to another reservoir when both reservoir separated by hill or higher elevation. It is generally inverted V shaped structure.

Due to gravitational force every object attract to downwards. When they are equal at vessels no applying gravitational force, so there is no flow from top to bottom.

If two limb of siphon have equal height of water then the atmospheric pressure equal on both limb of siphon hence water will be not flows from one side to another.

A siphon is a bent tube generally used to draw off liquid from one container to another container, which must at lower level. Thus the answer is B.
