Moment of Inertia = Mass X (Radius of Gyration)^2.
Dimensional Formula of Moment of Inertia = M^1L^2T^0.
SI unit of Moment of Inertia is kg m^2
Moment of force = Force x Distance.
Dimensional Formula of Force= M^1L^1T^-2.
SI unit of moment of force is Newton metre (N m).

Moment of inertia (I) = mr^2 = (mass * length * length) = ML^2
Moment of force (TORQUE) = I * angular acceleration)= M L^3 T^(-2)
Remaining this pair all pairs have same dimension formula.

For moment of inertia it is ML^2 and for moment of force (momentum) it is ML^2T^-2.

To my knowledge, impulse and momentum do not have the same dimension too.

For IMPULSE----> [ML^-2] * [T].
and for MOMENTUM-----> [ML^-2] * [L].
and for MOMENTUM-----> [ML^-2] * [L].
