With high altitude pressure decreases and boiling temperature increases. Here as the valve is open so it does not matter the cooker's principle.
Here we have to see the high-pressure zone wherein normal, the boiling point is lower which is necessary to cook in minimum time.

I have confusion because we know that as pressure increase the boiling point decrease and freezing point increase. So how option C is correct?
Because at the valley in the sea the value of pressure is highest.

Answer is c, ABC's in the valley the pressure will be more therefore less of the amount of heat is enough to cook it means less than 100°c.

Because at a place valley below sea level atmospheric pressure is more so it required high temperature to boil.
