Because the free electrons transform from one place to another rapidly which results in the production of electric current....

Conductors have free electrons in valence band. There is no forbidden energy gap between valence band and conduction band. Thus the electrons can readily jump from valence band to conduction band. Thus motion of electrons implies flow of current and hence metals are good conductors.

It is becuse when metals have free electrons then metal lose electrons and form positive ions. Ions are responsible for electrical conductivity.

They have free electrons which are always moved and due to these electrons electricity can be carried from one place to another thats why metals are good conductor of electricity.

There is no energy gap so its very easy for free electrons to move.

The conduction and valance band are overlapped and hence it conduct.

They have free electron and on applying external force of current they move rapidly.

By the free electrons we are getting electricity.

Current is produced because of the free electrons, metals are good conductors of electricity, its all because of free electrons.

Due to their outer electronic configuration being ns1 they contain minimum 1 free electrons so there is a conducting property.
