This phenomena proves that action force is more and reaction force is less. Less friction is negligible but more friction is cause for unequal action and reaction which challenges Newton's third law of motion. There are many evidences in our universe which has unequal action and reaction.
I have proved these things in practical, mathematical way and logical way with a new law. The research paper has been submitted to APS (American Physical Society) journal.

@Koushik.
Who told you won't fall on sand?
The answer is sand are dust particles and can blow away by wind and road thick and it so cannot blow away by the wind so when the wind blows the sand flies away and we will loose grip but on road, the concrete stays strong and we can walk easily.

Yeah, option B is right because friction helps us to walk and where there is a less friction like on the sand, it is difficult to walk and therefore on the rough surfaces line get road there is more friction which helps us to walk easily.

Answer Should be "C".
Because Friction is more in the case of the sandy road than the concrete road.
Because Friction is more in the case of the sandy road than the concrete road.

The reaction of a hard floor on the feet is much more than that applied by the sand on the feet. A part of the action by the feet on the sand is dissipated within the sand particles due to the lower friction within the particles as compared to the layers of hard surface.

I think option B is correct because when friction is less than one will feel quite hard to walk like in a slippery way the friction will be less between our feet and path which may make us fall down.
So option B is correct guys.
So option B is correct guys.

I think option c is correct because friction is more when we walk on sand than on the conrete road.
