It is more difficult to walk on a sandy road than on a concrete road because
sand is soft and concreter is hard
the friction between sand and feet is less than that between concrete and feet

the sand is grainy but concrete is smooth

When your feet slip, that means there is less frictional force between your feet and the path you walk.
When your feet stick, that means there is more frictional force between your feet and the path.
So it is difficult to walk if there is more frictional force and also less frictional force.

If friction is not it all then we can't walk. And if there were more friction then also we can't walk.

Friction is not the point here, here the piont is lithology of sand. Car d'nt move easily in sand due to same problem.

If friction is more then it is difficult to walk so option c is correct.

Option c is correct.

I think in sandy road we did not fall I think due to more friction between sand and feet it is difficult to walk because sand has more contact forces upon feet so it is difficult to walk.
