"According to Indian mythology and customs, from the time of Lord Krishna we are burning crackers prepared from gunpowder.

The Mahabharat fight which was fought several centuries before involved weapons that were prepared from mercury and gunpowder and they are as powerful as nuclear weapons. American research institutes have conducted experiments and concluded this in the war areas and nothing grows in those areas. ".

Did you just use a mythology story as a scientific fact? It's like saying Greeks invented electricity because in their mythology Zeus can control lightning.

To create gunpowder you need to be really advance in chemistry. How is it possible to invent it "before involved weapons".

"Prepared from mercury and gunpowder and they are as powerful as nuclear weapons" - Good. World does not need nuclear energy anymore. All we need mercury and gunpowder to produce same amount of energy.

"American research institutes have conducted experiments and concluded this in the war areas and nothing grows in those areas. " - So if use an explosives with gunpowder, than nothing will grow on that land for more than 2500 years. Right. Because. Radiation?

Gunpowder was invented in China while alchemists attempted to create a potion of immortality.

Chinese military forces used gunpowder-based weapons (i.e. rockets, guns, cannons) and explosives (i.e. grenades and different types of bombs) against the Mongols when the Mongols attempted to invade and breach city fortifications on China's northern borders.

After the Mongols conquered China and founded the Yuan Dynasty, they used the Chinese gunpowder-based weapons technology in their attempted invasion of Japan; they also used gunpowder to fuel rockets.

Gunpowder or black powder is of great historical importance in chemistry. Although it can explode, its principal use is as a propellant. Gunpowder was invented by Chinese alchemists in the 9th century. Originally, it was made by mixing elemental sulfur, charcoal, and saltpeter (potassium nitrate). The charcoal traditionally came from the willow tree, but grapevine, hazel, elder, laurel, and pine cones have all been used. Charcoal is not the only fuel that can be used. Sugar is used instead in many pyrotechnic applications

Bacon is often considered the first European to describe a mixture containing the essential ingredients of gunpowder. Based on two passages from Bacon's Opus Maius and Opus Tertium, extensively analyzed by J. R. Partington, several scholars cited by Joseph Needham concluded that Bacon had most likely witnessed at least one demonstration of Chinese firecrackers, possibly obtained with the intermediation of other Franciscans, like his friend William of Rubruck, who had visited the Mongols.

Gun powder is used by Indians even before the birth of Jesus Christ. According to Indian mythology and customs, from the time of Lord Krishna we are burning crackers prepared from gunpowder. The Mahabharat fight which was fought several centuries before involved weapons that were prepared from mercury and gunpowder and they are as powerful as nuclear weapons. American research institutes have conducted experiments and concluded this in the war areas and nothing grows in those areas.

Ninth century chinese taoist alchemists discovered gunpowder while searching for the Elixir of life; this accidental discovery led to experiments as weapons such as bombs, cannon, incendiary fire arrows and rocket propelled fire arrows.
