President has no power regarding SUMMON and PROROGUE of the parliament session. President only ADDRESS the parliament at the commencement of first year and also at the commencement of first session after every general election.

When speaker satisfied or business of a session is complete adjourned or the adjournment sine die later few days president call PROROGUE the session even before the president can PROROGUE when the session is in the house.
