The President dissolved the Lok Sabha on the advice of Council of Ministers. As the Prime Minister head of the Council of Ministers and represent the council of Ministers to President.

In option, there is no mention of the Prime Minister student can go the option ' council of Ministers'. If there is mention of prime Minister in option students can go 'Prime Minister'

Only, the council of minister's headed by pm can recommend dissolving Lok sabha. If govt loses the majority, House can recommend by passing a No-confidence motion. Automatically govt will resign and will have to recommend to dissolve the house.
