Anti-imperialist struggle means all efforts done by the people of colonies of imperialist countries to get their rights.
Above question is asked in Indian context in which early nationalist (moderates) use to follow constitutional methods to get their "just" rights Eg. Making demand through petitions, working hard to convince british rulers about their (Indians) just rights with complete faith in them etc.
But in the early decade of the 20th century this way of struggle became less common and with the advent of Bapu in Indian struggle non-violence, non-cooperation, civil disobedience movements became order of the day. Britishers were responsible for this type of non-violently aggressive struggle because they had not satisfied moderates demand.
