Option C is correct because our constitution have given power to our The Honorable Supreme Court to see on all the laws, bills, amendments etc. passed by parliament, if it contravene the provisions of the Constitution.

Hence, option D is correct.

According to me, here sovereign means supreme, and as a matter of fact the constitution alone has the supreme power for the parliament and on itself.

Sovereign means ultimate power or supreme power to do anythings. There is no obstacles to do somethings. According to me, all 1st 3 answers are correct.
