Sovereign means ultimate power or supreme power to do anythings. There is no obstacles to do somethings. According to me, all 1st 3 answers are correct.

Sovereign means supreme power. When a bill or any decision may pass through parliament but if supreme court think it's against law, they can stop it which is under provision. There was some boundary for parliament extent.
