Option B is correct because according to our constitution, for every session of parliament have a particular no. of days mentioned in our constitution.

According to me, here sovereign means supreme, and as a matter of fact the constitution alone has the supreme power for the parliament and on itself.

Sovereign means ultimate power or supreme power to do anythings. There is no obstacles to do somethings. According to me, all 1st 3 answers are correct.
