According to Article 84 of the Constitution of India:
A prime minister must be above 25 years of age, if he or she is a member of Lok Sabha or above 30 years of age if he or she is a member of the Rajya Sabha.

India calling Bharat is ok but it should according our constitution should also called as Hindustan. So Hindustan is correct for India.
