Ustad Mansur was a famous painter in the reign of (D) Jahangir. Ustad Mansur was a renowned artist and calligrapher who lived during the reign of the Mughal Emperor Jahangir in the early 17th century. He is known for his paintings of animals and birds, which are considered to be some of the finest examples of Mughal painting. Ustad Mansur's work was greatly appreciated by the Mughal court and he was appointed as the head of the royal workshop, where he trained many other artists.
