See in the question they are asking in the last five year and Deforestation is the phenomenon which has a long term impact.

It has not arises in last 5 year only it is older reason but yes pollution has increased rapidly and market conditions can worsen in 1 or 2 or 4-5 year also.

So question is indirectly asking about the instant reason among the given three for the downfall of inland fisheries trading.

The answer will be I and III i.e.(C).
