Yarlung Tsangpo is alternative name of Brahmaputra River.
You can Remember some names also there,
Sidango (Assam),
Tsangpo (China),
S-Shaped River.
Red River,
Sorrow of Rivers.
Meghana/Jamuna (Bangladesh).

The Yarlung Tsangpo, also called Yarlung Zangbo or Yalu Zangbu is the upper stream of the Brahmaputra River located in the Tibet Autonomous Region, China. It is the longest river of Tibet.

The Brahmaputra passes through different countries, China, Bhutan, India, and Bangladesh.
It emerges in Tibet where it calls as Yurlog Zanpo.
Passes through India it enters into Bangladesh where it calls as Jamuna.
Ganga also enters into Bangladesh where it called as Padma. Jamuna and Padma joins there waters.
