Green Revolution is the agriculture revolution in India, started in 1961 introducing HYV of seeds especially wheat.

Green revolution started during planned holiday i.e. in 1965-66.

And it is associated with Food crops i.e. wheat and rice (so 1st is wrong) while 2nd is true because during 1965 there was famine in India right after India-Pakistan war so crop production decreased.

So answer should be 2.
