India Jana gana is nice national anthem.

Our National anthem Jana Gana Mana was sung by Ravindranath Tagore to please British queen! Vande Mataram should have been our National anthem! but we Indians are unlucky! Because at that time congress were ruling India and they knew that Muslims will never accept Vande Mataram as national anthem.

So to keep both Muslims and British government happy they rejected Vande Matam and kept Jana Gana Mana as our National anthem! dear friends please read our history and correct misunderstanding about Ravindranath Tagore! In rewards Britishers gave him Nobel Prize!

When the song has been sung by the people it give peace to the mind.

How do you think that only a 1 stanza is adopted?

India is developing country & there was unity in diversity so we are proud on my country. I love my country (1427).

I love my country because India is greatest country in world.

Only first stanza was adopted because it is very close to the Indian people.

The national anthem is of 5 stanzas and first one was adopted as our Indian national anthem. Other 4 stanzas are also written by rabindranath tagore.
