We can't say that Rath Yatra is celebrated in the honour of any other god than Jagannath because the god we worship is Jagannath and his his siblings.

Though Ram and Vishnu are like jagganath but on that day we don't worship Lord Ram or Lord Vishnu.

Jagannath means 'lord of universe' n lord Vishu is d creator of universe. So why not option (D).
