Generally proton and neutron collide with each other and make deuterium (isotope of hydrogen). Similarly most of deuterium combine to form helium in the sun. So sun is abundant with helium.

He gas is formed due to nuclear fusion of hydrogen atoms around sun atmosphere and the sun is wholly made of hydrogen, which is the source of fuel for the sun.

Chromosphere is the second layer of the sun (out of 3).
FYI Helium comes from Helios which is the Greek word for "sun".

Because the core of the sun consists H and He. The Hydrogen will be converted into the Helium due to this the sun heat.

Neutron proton attract with each other. So that's by hydrogen convert into helium.

Due to nuclear fusion reaction hydrogen (proton) converts into helium.

Hydrogen is not capable for this because we get H in the form of He.
