Nitrogen gas is more stable and it is an inert gas that's why it cannot react with a filament of the bulb. But if a bulb uses so long time. Nitrogen gets emission gradually. That's why the electric bulb will deemed.

Hey @Ishmael. Mostly neon is used in an electric bulb. But here it is not on option. So don't confuse.
