Siachen is not the part between India and pakistan, it is situated between India and china and for many year it is under the control of chinese govt though it is a disputed territory.

Glacier means snows flows slowly to the valley and frontier means the boundary between two countries.

Glacier Frontier Zone means that place where Glacier (we can say snow river) always move around the boundary between India and Pakistan.
