Being at the bottom of periodic table its atomic size increases as a result nuclear pull between protons and neutrons become less, thus, electrons on the outer most shell can easily be transferred and become electropositive.

As we move down the group the electro-positive character increases due to increase in size as a result the loss of electron become easy due to less nuclear influence. In group 1A Francium is more electropositive than Cesium but, not stable as it is highly radioactive (maximum half-life of only 22 minutes). So cesium the most electropositive elements.

From top to bottom in periodic table atomic size is increases so electropositiveness also increases.
