The stroke volume= the amount of blood (mL) ejected per beat by the left ventricle into the aorta (or from the right ventricle into the pulmonary artery) i.e.50-60 ml per beat.

Hence,1cm cube is equals to 1ml i.e.60ml or 60 cm cube.
