No Nobel prize is given in economics. Many persons make mistake on this point. It is given by a separate organization. Actually this is not Nobel Prize.

It can be awarded for any field If a person done an extremely Hard Work in that field and became one of the famous person in the world.

Hi @Agaexcel. The first African to win the Nobel Prize was Wole Soyinka. He won it in 1986. He got the prize for Literature.
