The Federation Cup (abbreviated as Fed Cup) is an annual knockout style club football tournament in India. It has started in 1977. From its inception till I-League has been started in 1997 (then called NFL) , it was the most prestigious national level club football tournament in India. Presently it is the most important club tournament after the I-League, to which it has become a de facto League Cup. The winning club of the Federation Cup gets a chance to compete in the continental level in AFC Cup.

The Challenge Cup is an official competition for men's Volleyball clubs of Europe and takes place every year. It was started in the 1980/81 season under the name CEV Cup. In 2007 it was renamed to Challenge Cup.

Federation Cup had been one of the most prestigious events in the calendar of the Volleyball Federation of India (VFI) from 1978 to 2003.

All 4 cups held for volleyball because Allywyn I trophy and challenge cup is related to volleyball. World cup occurs in cricket and volleyball and federation cup occurs in soccer and volleyball. Question asked all four so the right answer is volleyball.

I think Federation Cup isn't for cricket. It is only for Volleyball and football but football isn't mention in the option. Hence the answer is right for volleyball.
