Really it would be his sincere approach to that goal, that makes him so fast in stenography, for me to write @ 120 p.m. appears to be difficult, but, I am handling it with this much speed.

By the description which they have given doesn't mean that he is the fastest shorthand writer. Its better if you give the correct reason for why he is the fastest shorthand writer.

A typical shorthand system provides symbols or abbreviations for words and common phrases, which can allow someone well trained in the system to write as quickly as people speak.
