Gamma ray = >10^19 Hz.
Light waves = 3 * 10^11 - 4 * 10^14 Hz.
Radio waves = > 10^8 - < 3 * 10^9 Hz.
Microwaves = 300MHz - 300GHz.

The order of increasing frequency is,

Micro wave<radio wave<infra red<visible light<ultra violet<X ray<gamma ray.

Gamma ray has minimum wave length, maximum frequency.

Gamma rays has the shortest wavelength among these and hence has the highest frequency. Wavelength and frequency are inversely proportional to each other.
