The height is 24.

B = (0,-10,24) C=(16,18,-24) D=(-12,8,-24).
|FB| = 26, |FC|=34, |FD|=28.
FB = 520(-10i-24j/|FB|)= 0i-200j-480k.
FC = 680(16i+18j+-24k/|FC|)= 320i + 360j - 480k.
FD = 560(-12i+8j-24k/|FD|)=-240i + 160j - 480k.

F= (80i+320j-1440k)N.
