A short circuit is simply a low resistance connection between the two conductors supplying electrical power to any circuit. This results in excessive current flow in the power source through the 'short', and may even cause the power source to be destroyed.
If a fuse is in the supply circuit, it will do its job and blow out, opening the circuit and stopping the current flow.

A switch is a device that make the contact on & off. So the answer is correct because when the circuit is open, no current flowing through the circuit& when the circuit is closed, current flowing through the circuit.

A complex circuit is a circuit that is not neat, tidy, or in any way distinguishable. Complex means difficult in this situation.

It flows the current when circuit is closed or switch is on therefor it calls a complete current path.

Complete circuit means a circuit which is closed. Only through closed circuit current will flow.
