Since voltage provide pressure to the movement of electron similarly fluid pump provide fluid to flow.

fluid-------electron.&
pump-----conductor.
fluid pump/motor-----voltage

It is a very complicated question detailed explanation with example is a must.

Can anybody give some brief explanation about the answer.

Yes I will, first we consider fluid system that contain one closed loop i.e.tank- motor-conductor (pipe) - tank ;similarly an electrical system that also contain one closed loop i.e. battery-conducting wire-load (lamp) -battery. Hence by compairing above two loops we can easily deside that pump corresponds to battery.

Sorry its not clear. How can the pump be compared with a battery whereas its not a conductor? could anyone explain?

Movement of electrons and movement of fluid both are driven by the difference in pressure at different points... which is worked up by a battery in ES as fluid pump in fluid system.
