@Sawan Kumar.

No option A represents, proton is negative and electron is positive.
But in the option B, the electron is negative and proton is positive.
Because they are mention *in that order.

In any matter in the universe we have atom.

Atom consists of 3 major parts.

Proton - Positively charged (+).
Neutron - Neutral in state.
Electron - Negatively charged (-).

e- p+

Current flows always from Negative(-) potential to Positive (+) potential. Because Ground acts -ve from Gravity constant g = -9.8.

Current = electron flow.

Electrons flow due to attraction of opposite charge. Electron is -ve, so flows towards proton (which is +ve).

The proton is a positive charge he present in a nucleus and electron is a negative charge his around the nucleus.

Electron and proton are differ only in, proton =|electron|

ie. proton is always positive charged.

Always electron is negative (-) charge & proton is taken as positive (+) charge.
