Push button (PB) switch it's state change when we push it. It is two types normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO). In case of NO we push the button to close the circuit (Open. To. Close).
In case of NC we may push the button to brake the circuit (Close. To. Open).
From the above while pressing the button it's state is changed.

In general open push button switch = Circuit incomplete. Since it is open.
It will close when pushed. So, the answer is False.
