Conductors Having Different resistance it depends on their own properties, but not same at all. If you say conductor having resistance then the answer is YES because if there is no Resistance present in Conductor then there is always risk of SHORT CIRCUIT.

I dont agree with that conductor have same resistance? Because as we observe different conductor have different flow capability of current.
Eg: If conductors have same resistance, then why nowaday we change our electric wire (to reduce power loss) ?
