Primary batteries are those which can be used once and then has to be discarded. In case of secondary batteries one can reuse the batteries after recharging them.
Same is the case for lead acid batteries where one can recharge and reuse it several times.

Secondary battery - It can be used several times(Charge & Discharge able once)so lead - Acid battery is secondary battery. It can be rechargable once.
