Can any one please explain the exact answer?

Rechargeable so secondary (eg) mobile battery.

Primary battery - It can be used once.
Secondary battery - It can be used several times(Charge & Discharge able once)so lead - Acid battery is secondary battery. It can be rechargable once.

What is lead cell battery?

Lead battery cell is a rechargable battery having a very low energy-to-weight ratio mostly used in the automobile starter motors to provide high current.

How can a person know whether it is a primary or secondary battery.

First explain about primary and secondary battery.

Abhijit said: (Jun 5, 2012)
Primary batteries are those which can be used once and then has to be discarded. In case of secondary batteries one can reuse the batteries after recharging them.
Same is the case for lead acid batteries where one can recharge and reuse it several times.

Lead acid batteries we can use to so many times using charge to charging this battery nothing but a rechargeable battery. Ex: automobiles batteries, AA model lead acid battery (rechargeable battery) also available in market.

Please give an example for primary battery ?

Himanshu said: (Aug 6, 2012)
Primary battery ex-cells used in watches, pencil cells (eveready cells). These are all primary batteries which are designed to used once and discarded.

Primary battery - Non rechargeable - watch cells, Eveready cells.

secondary battery - Rechargeable - Mobile battery.

How much capacity in lead acid batteries?

Tosi said: (Dec 5, 2013)
Primary batteries which are designated to be used once they can not use for multiple time and discarded when they are exhausted while secondary batteries are simply rechargeable.

Narender said: (Jan 12, 2014)
How many times recharge secondary battery then after it was dead?

Jessy said: (Nov 14, 2014)
Jessy : Lead acid battery has 50% charge and 95% rechargeable efficiency.

Your mobile battery is made with lead so it is recharged one.

A Primary battery is an Alkaline battery- are non-rechargeable, high energy density, batteries that have a long lifespan. This battery obtained its name because the electrolyte used in it is alkaline (potassium hydroxide). The chemical composition features zinc powder as an anode and manganese dioxide as the cathode with potassium hydroxide as the electrolyte.
