Pictorial = pictured form.

Electrical = form with electrical connections.

Block = using block diagram (need not to draw whole circuit).

Schematic = indicates elements of system.

Pictorial diagram uses simple images of components.

While schematic diagram shows the component of the circuit as simplified standard symbols.

Schematic diagram: uses the symbols.

Pictorial diagram: uses some geometrical pictures like rectangle, eclipse for conveying the meaning.

Block diagram: uses blocks (i.e rectangle) and each block is described inside the block.

The difference between the pictorial diagram and schematic diagram is that the pictorial diagram shows the external appearance of the circuit. While the schematic diagram shows only the electrical symbol of the circuit.

Scheme could represent mechanical,electrical and p&id also. Electrical diagrams are the ones that show electrical connections i suppose.
