Applying KVL on collector emitter side (output side).
Vcc - RcIc - Vce = 0.
Vce = Vcc - RcIc.
Now Ib decreases, so Ic = beta Ib.
Hence Ic decreases, hence IcRc decreases and thus Vce increases.
Vcc - RcIc - Vce = 0.
Vce = Vcc - RcIc.
Now Ib decreases, so Ic = beta Ib.
Hence Ic decreases, hence IcRc decreases and thus Vce increases.
