Use formula NS/NP = Es / Ep.
200 /1200 = Es/ 220.
Es = 220v-200/1200 ={ 36.7v is Answer }.
200 /1200 = Es/ 220.
Es = 220v-200/1200 ={ 36.7v is Answer }.

As you can see, primary and secondary turns are same, so primary and secondary voltage is also same.
Therefore for 1200 turns on sec. There is 220v at sec. Then find the voltage for 200 turns on sec. Just by simple cross-multiplication.

V2=200 turns.
Total turns= 1200.
So 1200/200=6.
V=220v.
So v2= 220/6 = 36.7v.
Total turns= 1200.
So 1200/200=6.
V=220v.
So v2= 220/6 = 36.7v.
